Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the email receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: personalised items are not returnable. A refund can only be issued if the product is faulty. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@aimstudio.co. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and the original postage cost will not be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that customised items can not be returned for a refund. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

EU withdrawal right

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us at hello@aimstudio.co before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired. You can also use the self-serve returns option in your order confirmation email.

Once you have notified us, please return the items to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to withdraw.

We will issue a full refund, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as your original order.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. All return costs are to be covered by the buyer.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Sealed goods that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
