SECONDS: Hardback Daily Wellbeing Journal

This listing is for seconds stock. Imperfections may include: light surface scuffs on the cover, uneven print coverage, or small foiling defects. Inside pages remain perfect and the journal can still be personalised as usual.

A mindful addition morning routine, this daily wellbeing journal is perfect for journalling beginners or those who prefer a guided journal with prompts.

Take a few moments in the morning to use the left side of the page, then reflect in the evening with the right side of the page.
